1. Musicians cross-border NFT

Voice Street cooperated with Binance Charity, StarArk and other organizations to help famous and potential musicians launch co-branded NFT series. Voice Street NFT Trading Platform is designed for musicians and enables music producers to distribute music NFTs efficiently. Subsequently, their fans can support them by purchasing their NFT products.

Music NFTs are the best product for building a community because every famous musician has millions of fans. Musicians can convert their works into NFTs and distribute them in limited quantities. They can also share part of the royalties with their fans, which will generate more beneficial interactions between musicians and their own fans.

2. The music metaverse game

Ark of Panda is a decentralized online role-playing game and meta-world on the Voice Street platform.

The story of Ark of Panda is set in the year 2122, when quantitative easing causes a financial crisis around the world, leading to the collapse of the economic system. Moreover, the Earth is no longer habitable due to the depletion of natural resources. Humans must find a new planet to live on before the end of the world occurs. Ten thousand brave warriors are selected and invited onto the Ark. These warriors are genetically modified to become Daffy Panda, who can move freely on any planet. Daffy Panda takes all the memorable artifacts, animals and memories of human civilization from Noah’s Ark to rebuild their home and human civilization. Music is their borderless language of communication.

The game is mainly developed in Unity3D and uses seamless loading, automated creation of game map scenes, and construction of an open music world.

Through continuous optimization and DOTS acceleration (stack) technology, we are able to build more scalable content for the perpetual, surreal 3D music world. The game also enables various forms of information interaction, including self-expression, chatting, and some other auditory and visual interactions.

3. Metaverse concert

Voice Street will create a new music metaverse world with Ark of Panda. Each Voice Street musician will be present in the metaverse in the form of a 3D avatar and will enjoy performances with their fans around the world.

The Ark of Panda Metaverse concert will provide a platform for musicians to interact with their fans online. So far, more than 30 musicians with more than one million fans worldwide have signed a contract with Voice Street. They will hold their online concerts in Ark of Panda. DPGU holders can claim their concert tickets by completing certain tasks, and participate in other limited concert events.

During the concert, fans can vote for and interact with their idols. By sending gifts, they can increase the popularity of their favorite musicians. The sent gifts will also be ranked and users will receive rewards, such as a blind box, depending on the ranking of the gifts. There is also the possibility of receiving a number of exclusive NFTs (collector’s edition NFT, song poster NFT, song NFT and MV NFT, etc.). Certain IMO tokens are required to send gifts.

In addition, the game will also host a group concert where multiple musicians will perform on the same stage. Each concert will also have an exclusive prize pool, the amount of which will be determined by the total number of fan votes for the concert. Artists receive a portion of the bonus in the prize pool according to their popularity ranking. Players can also use certain tokens to buy voting tickets and vote for their favorite musicians, which decides the ultimate size of the prize pool.

In addition, there are also live music competitions during the concert. Players can enjoy the audiovisual treat while enjoying the tense atmosphere. Successful challengers will receive $VST prizes.

4. Musician Support Program and DAO Fund

VoiceStreet will cooperate with many music institutions and record companies including MOST and Goal to launch a musician support program. In addition, VoiceStreet will set up a musician support fund to help aspiring musicians realize their dreams of performing on stage. We will regularly screen musician lists for seeking musicians with great potential. Musician’s songs that pass the screening will be published and judged by the DAO community. Based on the results, the selected musicians will be ranked against each other on the leaderboard. The winners will be supported in their music careers and receive an exclusive livehouse.

We are planning to launch Voice Street DAO, which will serve as a bridge between fans and musicians. By participating in the Ark of Panda metaverse, users can use $VSTs and $PTs to make proposals in Voice Street DAO. By being active in Voice Street DAO, fans can influence the musician’s future metaverse concerts and VIP period, content and format of the performance. This will create a new relationship between fans and idols in the Web3 world.

In terms of DAO governance, all tokens circulating in the metaverse of Ark of Panda can participate in the governance of Voice Street DAO and vote on proposals. Once the proposals are approved, they will be implemented. Community voting will determine how to maximize the value of Voice Street DAO and increase profits for artists, fans and investors, e.g. NFT mining and rewards, random $PT airdrop.

In the future, Voice Street DAO will become one of the most important battlegrounds for fans to influence their idols in the virtual. The transaction fees generated in the Metaverse will also be poured into Voice Street DAO to enable active users to make more music-related proposals. The main function of Voice Street DAO at this stage is to provide Ark of Panda players, musicians and fans with NFT trading, IMO, online events, Play to Earn and other functions to promote the music industry and take advantage of Blockchain and Web3.

5. Voice Street IMO and Earning function innovation

We have developed the Voice Street NFT Trading Platform and brand new functions such as IMO (Initial Music — Copyright Offering), and its follow-up operations ‘Earning’.

Initial Music — Copyright Offering (IMO), a Voice Street innovation, allows musicians to convert the copyrights to their songs into NFTs and split them into music tokens. The musicians or organizations can either retain the rights to manage the songs or give the rights to professional companies. Fans can buy music tokens and share in the profits from the copyrights through staking. They can also decide the future of music through DAO. This creates a promising ecosystem focused on musicians.

So far, Voice Street has helped 7 musicians from different countries, including Kpop star Kevin Shin, Top 100 DJ 22 BULLETS, Top 100 DJ Pink Panda, Top 100 DJ KAKA, Eric Moo (Malaysia), rapper 8UCK and rapper Long Zeyu, launch IMOs. More than 5,000 people participated in these events.

Earning, another innovation of Voice Street, further increases the benefits for fans. Owning IMO tokens not only shows that you support the musician, but also brings solid profits. When IMO token holders stake their IMO tokens, they receive additional rewards of $VST. The longer the stake, the higher the rewards. For music lovers, it is good news that they can get a return on their investment while enjoying music.

On the Voice Street platform, there are two main revenue streams for IMO products. One is revenue from streaming platforms, film and TV series licenses, performance and secondary creation rights, and KTV licenses. These revenue sources form the Base APR of Voice Street’s Earning. The other revenue source is based on Web 3.0, including revenue from NFT sales licensing, music copyright licensing, subsidies from the Voice Street platform, etc. These revenue sources constitute the VS Boosted APR. The benefit received by music fans is composed of revenue from both sources. Currently, Voice Street has opened three Earning pools of IMO products, and more earning pools are expected.

Whereas, now the IMO is to help musicians and music companies release ERC-20 tokens. Therefore this model is for famous musicians, and ERC-20 tokens need to add liquidity on DEX to reduce the utilization of funds.

Take this into account, Voice Street will further innovate on the original basis of IMO and Earning. We will try to help musicians directly launch IMO products in the form of ERC721, and develop the function of NFT staking, combining our subsidy support plan at the same time, which can greatly reduce the threshold for musicians to participate in IMO and help more potential musicians realize their musical dreams.

6. Music Metaverse Community

Voice Street creates Music Universe World to provide a community for all our supporters and musicians to connect and communicate on our platform. Voice Street will invite IPs and celebrities to join Metaverse to create their own exclusive fan community. To achieve this goal, we built the Livehouse music space, also known as Land in the Music Metaverse. There are up to 25,000 acquired plots in the game. If you want to get closer to your favorite musician, there is no better way to do it quickly than to buy a piece of land near them and become their neighbor.

The most important function of a livehouse is to provide a private space for the musician and his invited players. You can run it yourself or hire someone to help you run it. Musicians can host small performances, have an intimate party, interact with fans in real time via voice call, and a variety of other activities. We can also provide custom decoration for the virtual space based on the wishes of the livehouse owners. All Voice Street partner musicians have priority in setting up their own livehouses.

In addition, we will be launching a music carnival in the Metaverse open to all music community users. The carnival will be a combination of simple and fun music trivia games. We will also create a competition section for musicians. Fans can vote to support their favorite musicians, increasing their popularity in the community. In return, you can get exclusive NFT rewards.

We also have an incubation program for musicians in the Voice Street Music Metaverse. Specifically, we will set up a musician incubation program to help some users with music dreams to enter the stage and select high-quality music contributions for our community. The best submissions will be added to a list and the submitters will have to compete against each other. We will support the winner with music resources and build an exclusive fan base for them.

DPGU holders will be able to participate in all livehouse public performances and enjoy the exclusive right to mint original property deeds. We have integrated DPGU CLUB into the game, where DPGU holders can enjoy some special benefits and participate in special activities.
