Let Music Dance in Your Brain丨Ufuk Olgun

In this series, we are very glad to interview our new music creator — — Ufuk Olgun,also our excellent staff,to get close to his NFT music experience. Hope this passage can give everyone a light on the NFT music road.

Ufuk Olgun,born in 1977,started his first music experience when he was 8 years old. At the age of 14, he started his first hip-hop band with some friends. They took the band as a pastime initially,but then it turned out to be a professional job.Then Ufuk Olgun became interested in beatbox, which soon became 2nd in Turkey. Besides,Ufuk Olgun was also an excellent dancer for a long time.However,He had to stop dancing because of health, but he never lost his enthusiasm for dancing,music and art. He began to pay more attention to the inner feeling of music. He hold the belief that real music is hidden in the lower rhythms.

1 Where do the inspirations for creating《heavy fury》and《braindance》come from?And what’s the meaning behind them?

How do《Brain dance》born? I think people come across different things everyday. However, because of heavy work, their brains are so stuck that it’s hard for them to discover the brand new things in life. So here《Brain dance》comes. I hope through this piece of music that everyone can give his brain a chance to dance,to breathe,to embrace the tiny beauty in daily life. As for 《heavy fury》,It’s a show of different kinds of fun I have in different moments.It’s actually a collection of happy memories which give me warmth and courage in tough time. And I wish to convey those things to my listeners.

2 Why do you want to make music? How do you make it? What’s the meaning of music to you?

Why I make music? Because in my life, many meaningful things start with music.Music is a part of my life that can never be divided.I use MIDI keyboard and computer for music creation and arrangement.I love rhythm,I love world,I love human……All the things in life can be elements for me to make music,because music is a symbol of life.

3 Can you tell us your experience of NFT and the reason why you want to make your music as NFT?

You know I’m experienced in the traditional way of music. And fortunately，because of my experience of NFT Punk — — DPGU Panda — — The work of my company Voicestreet, I’ve got the chance to make my music as NFT. I deeply know NFT&block chain is the tendency of future.I wanna my music travel through the time and space,and NFT can make my dream come true. That’s why I do it.

4 Why you choose Voicestreet to publish your NFT music? Can you tell us your story with Voicestreet?

I’ve mentioned in last question that I’ve got touch with DPGU Pandas, and VoiceStreet is one of the holders. It’s so brilliant and reliable that offered me so much help. To my great surprise,I got to know that in addition to NFT Punk, another main excellent work of Voicestreet was NFT music. As a crazy music lover, I seized the opportunity to be one of the part of the company to publish NFT music.Thanks to my company,it gives me a precious chance to get more close to different styles of NFT.
